A full credit will be given for all items returned within seven days of delivery only in the event that such items are received by us undamaged, unopened and fully marketable. The Company reserves the right to make a handling/administration charge. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue sums in accordance with the Late Payment Act. The Company also reserves the right to suspend supply at its discretion. Delivery will be by the best method which will be either Royal Mail or carrier. If the item is not a stock item or temporarily out of stock, the customer will be advised. |
