Any price modification will be notified at the point of sale and will include V.A.T. at the then prevailing rate. A full credit will be given for all items returned within seven days of delivery only in the event that such items are received by us undamaged and fully marketable. The Company reserves the right to make a handling/administration charge. All credit account invoices are due for payment within 30 days of invoice date. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue sums in accordance with the Late Payment Act. The Company also reserves the right to suspend supply at its discretion. Orders placed after 4.30pm cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery in the U.K. If orders are received from customers outside our own van delivery area, they will be despatched by the next best method which will be either Royal Mail or carrier. If the item is not a stock item or temporarily out of stock, the customer will be advised. It is expected that knitwear will be designed specifically for the customer. Jewellery can be either stock or by design. Haberdashery will usually be a weekly order. |
