|  | Introduction Village Knitters started with a shop in Redbourn and whenever the shades of yarn changed, the surplus stock was knitted up for window displays.
Then commissions came in from customers and it was fun to start talking to people who could not find what they wanted in the shops. Making something special, a one-off, became very popular.
Now, I have moved to the east coast - the sunshine coast in north east Essex - and have a workshop and am concentrating on the design side of the business, getting ready for the autumn.
